Another of the best moments of supernatural.

Here's the pitch for the crossover:

20 years ago, the pine's twins were left orphan after a mysterous fire burned their house. Thus, they were taken under the care of their Grunkle Stan: a retired hunter of supernatural creatures. Knowing the kids could never escape thier destiny, he trained them in the ways of the hunter. 

But evetually Dipper would grow tired of hunting and he'd leve his uncle and sister behind to live a normal life and settle with his girlfriend Wendy. That is until one day, in the middle of the night, his sister breaks in his apartment to recruit his help and track down their missing uncle.

I guess we could argue thet Dipper would stay as a hunter while Mabel would go for the normal life. But I think he fills the role of Sam better. Also, imagine Mabel as a badass Dean-esque huntress...
